    Step1

    Cut paneer into small pieces and fry

    Step2

    When cooked, put into cold water

    Step3

    Add oil and fry the onion, when clear, add tomatoes, turmeric and bay leaf

    Step4

    Soften the tomato and add ginger, garlic, cumin, garam masala, salt and chilli, stir until well mixed

    Step5

    Add water, paneer, cream and chopped coriander.
